Please remember that delivery times vary based on order size, and can take anywhere from 24 hours to about ten days. Each package should list an estimated time to complete. Delivery Terms FAQs

It varies depending on what you ordered, with large orders taking a little longer. Most orders begin delivering between 10 minutes and 24 hours after payment is complete. If it doesn't appear to have started within 24 hours, please let us know at support@buytoplikes.com and we'll look into it for you.
Unfortunately, delivery speeds are not customizable. If you want to boost engagement or fans ahead of an event, we recommend ordering in advance.
This varies, but the maximum time for delivery should be displayed on each package. If your order hasn't completed by then, please email support@buytoplikes.com about the issue, and we'll work to resolve it.
Because our base are real people and will not cause you any problems with Instagram, engagement and followers are delivered gradually. Larger packages take longer to complete, but each package has an estimated delivery window to give you an idea of how long it will take to be fully delivered.

Guarantees & Returns FAQs

All services are guaranteed to fully comply with their description on our site and you have the guarantee for 30 days after the delivery of the package. If for some reason you feel your order was not delivered as described, please contact support@buytoplikes.com and we will address any issues.
According to our rules every dropped unit from the ordered package should be compensated. The refill can be provided during 30 days after the delivery.
Here are the situations where we will issue a refund:
  • Non-delivery of the product. Please let us know if the maximum time for delivery has passed and you didn't receive delivery. These claims should be submitted to support@buytoplikes.com, and include your order confirmation number. If we don't receive a refund request at this email address, the campaign is considered complete and doesn't qualify for a refund.
  • The product doesn't match to the description. These claims should also be submitted in writing to support@buytplikes.com. Please explain exactly how the order differed from the description (wrong quantity, etc.). We work hard to provide the best customer service we can. However, if your claim is based on something not found in our product description, a refund won't be approved.
When placing an order, you agree not to file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. As stated above, we are happy to help if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, but can only issue refunds if the product delivered was not as described.
Customers who file disputes or chargebacks are automatically banned from our website. Any engagement or followers delivered to their account will be deleted or removed.
